Register To Visit

To attend London Gift Fair, you must be a member of the retail trade. It is best to register yourself and any colleagues that you wish to bring with you to the show in advance, to save time and money on the day. 

All badges are now being sent by email. Please make a note of your badge reference number and bring this to the show with you, where we will print you out a badge.

Attended another Clarion show? 

If you have attended Home & Gift, Top Drawer, Pulse or Scotland Trade Fairs, you will have received a badge number from us. Be sure to use this number when you enter your details, to help qualify for Indigo Club status.

Registering colleagues?

There is a helpful option that will pre-populate address and company details when you register a colleague, you will see this option once you have completed the first registration. Please note that if you register colleagues, you will only receive one Badge Number on your screen, be sure to give each of your colleagues a different email address and they will each receive a unique badge number.

Go Green!

You can opt to Go Green with your registration. This means that we will not send you any information about the show by post, it also means that you will receive your entry badge via email. You can take a note of the badge number you receive or print off the barcode and print off a badge onsite. There will be a Go Green terminal in the entrance.

Once onsite, you can bring along any information that you may have received from us and complete a registration form onsite. If you do not have any information from us you will be asked to pay the £20 onsite registration fee.
